This being my birthday... I'm going to make it a resolution this year to do more lighting experiments. My painting lack the contrast that I ususally put with my pencil work. I'm just not that proficient when it comes to colors. Maybe if I do all my underpaintings in black and white, I'd have a better idea of how to proceed.
